| <p>会</p><p>议</p><p>主</p><p>要</p><p>内</p><p>容</p> | <p>1、秘书长曹金巍主持会议并介绍本次会议第二议题“章程与各项管理条例的修订”</p><p>2、曹金巍向会员大会介绍本次章程修订的具体内容，下发首都爱护动物协会各项管理条例，包含《首都爱护动物协会安全责任制度》、《首都爱护动物协会财务管理制度》、《首都爱护动物协会监事会工作制度》、《首都爱护动物协会捐赠使用公示制度》、《首都爱护动物协会考核评价制度》、《首都爱护动物协会控烟管理规定》、《首都爱护动物协会民主决策制度》、《首都爱护动物协会文件、印章管理制度》、《首都爱护动物协会项目管理制度》、《首都爱护动物协会薪酬管理制度》、《首都爱护动物协会重大事项报告制度》；</p><p>3、曹金巍向会员大会展示新旧章程对比表，各管理条例，会员大会对部分条例的修订提出修订意见，修改后，支持人提议对新章程、各项管理条例进行表决；</p><p>4、通过表决流程，全体参会人员全票通过章程修订、全体参会人员全票通过各项管理条例的修订；</p><p>5、完整章程及管理条例发放与各位会员</p><p>6、本会议纪要发送各会员</p><p> </p> |     |     |
